Art Travel Services

Whether your artwork is traveling for exhibition or relocation, research shows that having a courier leads to better outcomes. We’ll help you navigate the best option for your needs—virtual courier, bookend courier, or traditional courier—and ensure your artwork is properly cared for every step of the way.

We provide thorough condition checking before transit, and when needed, will personally accompany the work and oversee unpacking at the receiving venue to ensure its safety.

We love to work with community organizations towards their preservation goals and to grow a more diverse and equitable art conservation field. Cynthia is the co-Director of the Six Week Intensive in Practical Art Conservation Program (SIP-C), a collaborative effort between the Alliance of HBCU Museums and Galleries and the Winterthur / University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation. Please reach out to learn more about the field or to discuss your organization’s needs!
